Do you deliver to Countries
other than Australia?
Web Design and
Hosting is available worldwide.
However, hardware
supply and repair is available to only those with an Australian Address.
How to order?
Please note that, we
do not collect any financial details when you place your order online. You
will be contacted by a real person within hours, if not minutes, to complete
your transaction.
Orders on this website are placed through a shopping cart.
You first need to choose
you item(s). This can be done by clicking on the
Products
link or by clicking the "More..." link
on the home page under each listed product.
Look through this page,
identify your product, type in a numeric value for quantity and click the "Add
to Cart" button. You may continue shopping and adding other products
to your cart. You may freely browse through the website without loosing your
previously added items. When done, just click any "Checkout"
link and follow the instructions thereafter.
Do you have other products?
Please note that our full product range is not listed on this website. You
may contact us with your own specifications to obtain a quotation.
Are my personal details
submitted safe?
Absolutely. Your personal
details are kept on secure servers. We do not collect personal details for
benefits other than for the completion of your transaction. You may also
choose to join our Mailing List.

Should I join the
Mailing List?
It is your call.
Please note that you are
not automatically added to our Mailing List. You must join whilst placing an
online order or contacting us ....
We send at most one email
per month, unless absolutely necessary, informing list members of promotions
or anything that might be of interest to them.
Is the Operating System
included?
All packages on the
website are hardware-only packages. However, you may include either Windows
XP Home or Windows XP Professional through the shopping cart. Also, you may
customise your PC and include either version of Windows XP from
here.

Can I Pickup
You are welcome to pick
your item personally from us. This will be facilitated from our Rooty Hill
Office. We will discuss this when we contact you after you place your online
order. Alternatively, you may contact us on 0414 715 801 to schedule a pickup
time. You can also pay by Business check, cash, EFT or Paypal when visiting
us.
Delivery time
If picking up, you may ideally collect the same day or on the day of
clearance of payment.
If you need your item to
be delivered to you, for delivery to Metro areas, please allow 2-5 working
days from date of clearance of payment. For delivery to remote or rural
areas, please allow a further 1-2 working days.
Failed Delivery
If you do not receive your item within 6 working days from clearance of
payment, contact us at

with the subject of "Failed Delivery"
Return Policy
Although rare, we will not hesitate to replace or repair any faulty goods
supplied. Please contact us at
info@bitart.com.au,
with the subject of "Complaint" to log your complaint.
Warranty
BitArt Computers warrants its hardware products against defects in material
and workmanship for a period of 12 months. This warranty applies to the
original end-user purchaser. For all BitArt Computers products other than
software, BitArt Computers will, solely at its option, repair or replace the
product with a functionally equivalent new or reconditioned product during
the warranty period. The consumer will deliver the product to BitArt
Computers. All transportation risks and costs in connection with this
warranty service are the responsibility of the consumer.
This is a 'limited' warranty against faulty materials and workmanship. It
does not cover damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.
